Let us help you by getting a return on points, we handle all advertising, we use our website, facebook and twitter pages, a local paper, vacation rental sites, VRBO, HomeAway, Tug, many others. All advertising costs are paid by us and we pay you a flat fee for your points.

It is not necessary to join our program to rent out your points for you however those who are members get priority selection.
We have been owners since the early days of Fairfield now Wyndham, as well we own many other companies such as Shell V.C., Marriott, Holiday Inn, Diamond, Massanutten, Welk, as well as several individual resorts.
What do we pay you? The current market rate is $6.50 to $7.00 per thousand points for Wyndham points, $.065 to .070 per point for Holiday Inn Club Vacation points, and $.22 to .26 for Shell vacation club points this fee is fixed at the time of your signing with us. The higher end rental locations such as Hawaii, Glacier Canyon, Smugglers Notch, Presidential Reserve, Arizona, and many others we will rent fixed weeks.
We pay you in 2 installments the first one is when we make the reservation for the renter, in most cases we require the renter to pay a security deposit to start the process then once the reservation is made the renter is required to pay 50% of the cost within 48 hours, we pay you 75% of this amount within 30 days (normally within 10 days but have to wait for funds to clear financial institutions). Sixty Days prior to the vacation stay the renter is required to pay the remaining balance. If this balance is not paid by the 60 Day mark then the reservation is canceled, points are returned to your account and you keep 100% of the fee that you have already received. No other fees will be paid.
If you are a VIP owner, we may transfer points into your account to make or finish a reservation this will happen for account owners that have given How To Use My Timeshare access to the login on their accounts if we use your account then you will receive a $.50 per/k fee for this action.
We give you the choice of making the reservation yourself and sending confirmations to the renter and us, this requires you to make reservations in a timely manner or you provide us with exclusive use of your account by supplying a login and password by which we will make the reservation, forward emails to the renter and you retain a copy of all the actions we have taken. We will not notify you prior to making these reservations. If you choose to handle making the reservations yourself then this will take more time and as such we will book from accounts that we have full access to first.

If for some reason we have a reservation and it would require more points then we will contact you to see if you are interested in the reservation.
We look forward to working with you, however, we do guarantee rentals will be made. It is based on the length of time we have access (first in first use) and how many points you have to rent. we are booking reservations for 2019 at this time as well as the remainder of 2018.
